fix: dados merge completo (fc,fd,fr,fechamento,saldo_troco,total_*,obs) + fechamento_dinheiro/cartoes/areceber no PATCH

- Nova função window.abrirEditaFechamento(full) via window.open com HTML inline
  pré-preenchido com todos os campos do registro
- Botão Salvar chama sb_atualizar_fechamento com updates completos
- Botão Cancelar fecha a janela (window.close)
- Coluna 'Editar' adicionada à tabela de dias anteriores com botão ✏️
- Nova helper window.abrirEditaFechamentoIndex(idx) busca registro e abre popup
- Fluxo existente (relatório + modal de edição) mantido intacto
